 We’re excited to announce a full integration between Chronicle and Staffology Payroll—coming soon via our API. This will tightly connect your employee and payroll systems, streamlining month-end activity and reducing manual data entry across platforms.

What This Integration Enables

With Chronicle and Staffology working together, you’ll be able to:

  • Automatically move employee data from Chronicle to Staffology — personal details, contact information, job titles, pay rates, employee IDs, etc.

  • Sync hours worked from Chronicle time & attendance directly into payslips. No double-entry.

  • Transfer pay rates set in Chronicle into payroll, ensuring accuracy and consistent pay calculations.

  • Populate payslips in Staffology with the data it needs, meaning reduced manual reconciliation at month end.

  • Trigger or schedule data flows (e.g. hourly/daily/specified schedule, or manually) so you always have up-to-date payroll data.
