The Challenge

The company’s previous Time & Attendance system was basic and lacked the flexibility, reliability and integration capabilities necessary to support a growing and dynamic workforce. The system’s rigidity, reliance on manual data entry, unreliable time clocks, inconsistent reporting, and inefficient scheduling had become significant challenges—particularly with the implementation of the Xpedion ERP system, which requires seamless data connectivity. With nearly 400 employees using Chronicle across multiple sites, the need for a reliable, flexible, and accurate Time & Attendance solution became a top priority.

“The Project went very smoothly, we kicked off in April 2024 – by the end of May 2024 the main Project delivery had taken place. Following this a bespoke report was created for Adana to further streamline their processes. Adana completed a few months of testing with the data recorded from Chronicle Online to refine their bespoke reporting, and by October 2024 we officially completed the Project and passed over to the Chronicle Account Management Team”.
