Recent enhancements have improved the functionality of our date range selection feature.
Work Record Notes date range
You can now specify a date range when viewing or managing employee work record notes. The latest enhancements ensure a smoother user experience. Whether you need to review notes for a specific day, a full work week, or a custom timeframe, the date filter makes it easier to locate and analyze relevant information. This is especially helpful for performance reviews, audits, or weekly activity tracking.
Leavers holidays automatically cancelled
When you mark an employee as a leaver, their future holidays are now automatically cancelled and removed from the system, thanks to the recent system enhancements, making the days available again for current employees.
Bulk Editor – Apply Bank Holidays by Country
The Bulk Editor now allows for more regional flexibility when applying bank holidays. With these enhancements, you can now choose to add official holidays specific to:
- Northern Ireland
- England and Wales
- Scotland
This update ensures accurate regional coverage for your workforce, especially if your business operates across different parts of the UK.
Clock in early exception
You now have greater control over time tracking exceptions. If an employee clocks in before the start of their shift and outside of the defined rounding window (the “zoned rounding” period), Chronicle can now raise a “Clocked In Early” exception. These control enhancements provide better efficiency.
