Chronicle for the last month has continued to operate, providing phone and email support to clients around the world.
In light of Boris Johnson’s statement, last night at 20:30 GMT. Chronicle is now operating a completely remote workforce and has shut the office.
For all customers requiring help and assistance please call your account manager directly on their mobile phone or use the built-in email support feature (Zendesk) in Chronicle to log queries. (This can be found on the top right corner under the question mark.)
Note – We use an internet and phone system provided by BT – which if the internet drops for a second the phones need to be reset. This will result in our phone system inevitably going down and with self-isolation in practice no one available to reset. Please don’t call the office but email or call mobiles for assistance.
