Custom Email Notifications Now Live in Chronicle
We’re excited to announce a major enhancement to the Chronicle system!
Our new email configuration system is designed to streamline communication by allowing notifications to be redirected to multiple custom email addresses based on specific events.
Here’s what’s new:
- Holiday Requests/Removals: Notifications can now bypass line managers and can be sent to custom-configured emails.
- Absence and Change Requests: Emails can be redirected to the defined addresses for more precise communication.
- Notes: Custom-configured emails can now replace manager notifications for sent notes.

If no configuration is set for a particular event, emails will continue to use the employees assigned manager, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted communication.
This update is designed to improve efficiency, enhance flexibility, and ensure notifications reach the right people every time.
