Chronicle Employee Mobile App: Gather Employee Feedback with “Questions”

As part of our ongoing improvements, we’re excited to introduce a new feature in the Chronicle Employee Mobile App for both iOS and Android devices. Furthermore, the “Questions” feature allows managers and HR teams to create custom surveys that employees can complete directly on their mobile devices.

In addition, organisations can now collect feedback efficiently and store responses centrally within Chronicle Online, giving managers immediate access to the data. Managers no longer need to rely on paper forms or separate survey tools. Moreover, employees can access and complete surveys directly on their mobile devices, which makes participation faster and more convenient.

As a result, HR teams can analyse responses quickly and take timely action, improving communication and engagement across the organisation. Consequently, the new feature streamlines survey management while reducing administrative overhead.

How It Works

Administrators can create a series of questions tailored to specific departments, projects, or HR initiatives. Questions can include yes/no options, multiple-choice answers, or open-ended text responses. Employees access these surveys through the mobile app and submit their answers directly.

Once submitted, the results appear in Chronicle Online, giving managers immediate access to feedback. This allows them to analyse responses, identify trends, and make informed decisions faster. Furthermore, the digital approach ensures that all data is accurate and stored securely.
