Employee Time Zone
Chronicle Online’s Employee Time Zone feature provides an essential level of flexibility for organisations with staff or contractors working across multiple countries and regions. By assigning specific time zones to individual employees, managers can ensure that work schedules, deadlines, and meetings are accurately coordinated. This coordination occurs regardless of geographic location. This feature helps eliminate confusion caused by differences in local time, particularly for companies operating internationally or supporting remote teams.

With the Employee Time Zone functionality, you can configure each employee’s profile to reflect their local time. This means that all system-generated notifications, shift schedules, and automated reports will display times relevant to that employee. For example, a manager in London scheduling a meeting with a team member in New York can be confident. The system will display the correct meeting time for each participant, reducing the risk of missed meetings or miscommunication.
